Water Sources with Bottling Commpany for sale

We are mandated to sell as per following description:

Two water springs near highway and rail roads, ports are about 150 and 180 km away. The company owner of the springs concession is not the same as the bottling company - so the investir get practically two different companies as one package with the concessions of 2 x 25 years (with an option of extension of the concession to 35 years) and the bottling company.
The appraisal of all machinery of the bottling company - where the company is build at a land area of 4500 square meters - is about 2M EUR and consist of many machines, just as sample:
- a bottling unit for 0.25 liter to up 2 liter bottles with capacity 8000 to 12000 bottles per hour,
- labeling machine for 5000 bottles per hour, stack machine for 4000 to 6000 bottles per hour,
- fully automatic machine for bottles of 3 to 10 liter with capacity of 600 bottles per hour.
- two fully automatic lines for 19 liter bottles - capacity of 250 gallon per hour.
- automatic line for producing of bottles of 0.25 to 2l - capacity 12000 bottles per hour.
- pipelines of about 2800 meters

Concession fees per year and per concession are $35.000 USD.

The bottling company possess an EN ISO 9001:2000 certificate valid till May the 30th in 2010 and also HACCP-ELOT 1416 certificate valid till March 31st in 2009.

Capacity is 1 liter per second by temperature of 12 degrees Celsius for the spring water and the source is on a 1100 meter above the sea level = 50 000 000 bottles of 0.5 l in 8500 working hours per one year.
The capacity can be increased at 4 liter per second if there are needs for that !

Mineral water capacity is 4 liter per second and temperature of 21 degrees Celsius and the source is 526 meter under the sea level = 200 000 000 bottles of 0.5 l in 8500 working hours per one year! - capacity can be raised up to 10 l/s.

Yearly water fees for uses as water source = 750 EUR.
