Trastena Raspberry And Merlot Wine
We have the pleasure to introduce you our brand new Trastena® raspberry wine. This is an unique bouquet of raspberries on wine basis, named on the neighbourhood Trastena®, situated at the north slope of the peak Izdremets at 1 130 meters above the sea level, where one can find also the hut Transtenaya. The wine technology is based on an old recipe for fruit wines, without additives, essences or additional fragrances.
Trastena® is a natural fruit extract from raspberries, mixed with Merlot wine (Asenovgrad district) - combined in an unprecedented combination. The bouquet have a very specific grain of a high-quality fragrance of Merlot, combined with the relish and the fruit taste of a raspberry. The taste of the wine is complete, rotund, with sweet finishing and durable after-taste. It is recommended to be consumed as an appetizer or with fresh fruits and desserts, cooled at the temperature of 12 C to 14 C.
