PAYMENT: 
Payment terms may be optional, SELLER accepts TRANSFERABLE DL/C, BG AND MT103 SWIFT TT WIRE TRANSFER 24-48 HOUR AFTER COMPLETE TITLE TRANSFER AND ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS. 
Issued or confirmed by renowned bank, the amount of DL/C will correspond with the stipulated monthly lot/batch. Payment is strictly to be made in the currency of US DOLLAR. 

QUALITY:
An independent surveyor company will be employed to certify the quality of product at the port of loading and bottled sample will be sent to buyer for further verification/confirmation; SELLER will provide certificate of quality (SGS) to buyer or buyer’s bank. 
 
PERFORMANCE BOND: 
SELLER will provide a 2% operative performance guarantee (bond) to buyer's bank to activate buyer's payment instrument. 
 
INSPECTION:
Independent surveyor (SGS) will issue quality certificate at the port of loading and sample text will be sent to buyer for buyer’s verification/confirmation.
