Financing Procedure for Projects over 50M €

For projects with a total volume of or above 50M € we may offer a financing as per following procedure:

- establishment of a Swiss or Liechtenstein company with own account
- 20% own cash funds to be placed on the own company account
- FMA (Funds Management Agreement) for the 20% funds
- 100% financing based on business plan with feasibility study for the certain project
