All projects are to be sold as "documentary projects", where all permissions and certificates are obtained already and can be reviewed at our offices any time by real investors.

The prices per project start with 180.000 € and end with about 320.000 € per MW - all offered is subject of final negotiations between the owner and the investor.

Buy prices for produced electricity from photovoltaic plants fixed by the SEWRC authority (http://dker.bg/index_en.htm) for 2009 are 755 BGN, equal to 387 € for installations above 5 KW/h.
