Group s.a.r.l. and all involved, acting somehow or in any kind connected with this companyies or persons to officially Cease & Desist all of the principals, facilitators, intermediaries or somehow involved in all and any kind of offers, proposals, contracts or in any verbal or written manner issued documents and communications, that have contacted us during all and any former negotiations are hereby effected with this Cease & Desist order. The former business negotiations concerning any offer to partake in any business transaction for “Maverick Limited” Ltd. and E.F.G. Group s.a.r.l., Mr. Thomas H. Unger & his associates, partners and affiliates in no longer in effect . All the offers, documents, contracts, transaction(s) or anything in written or spoken manner related to and from “Maverick Limited” Ltd. and E.F.G. Group s.a.r.l., Mr. Thomas H. Unger & his associates, partners and affiliates, that was presented to us are very suspicious and we must question the reality of them. This is not acceptable for us and we feel they could possibly be illegal. The terms, the practice and the procedures presented in any and all transaction(s) are very questionable of the ability for “Maverick Limited” Ltd. and E.F.G. Group s.a.r.l., Mr. Thomas H. Unger & his associates, partners and affiliates themselves to perform. We pride ourselves on good, clean, clear, legal and ethical transactions. All communications with “Maverick Limited” Ltd. and E.F.G. Group s.a.r.l., Mr. Thomas H. Unger & his associates, partners and affiliates is deleted. All former business or negotiations are herewith deemed, null and void. We are in no way involved neither with the persons nor with the company, nor do we plan to be in the future. Please, see to it that all members that have contacted us receive this notice. Also “Maverick Limited” Ltd. and E.F.G. Group s.a.r.l., Mr. Thomas H. Unger & his associates, partners and affiliates are in no way anymore connected with us and any of our companies, so if you receive further any kind of informations from them, pointing a relation with our name or companies – please inform us immediately.
