We, Royal Business Group, formally advise the “Al Bariah General Trading” LLC, Mr. Patrick Marc Rahmy and Mr. Mohamed El Cheikh, both acting for and behalf of the company “Al Bariah General Trading” LLC and all involved, acting somehow or in any kind connected with this company or persons to officially Cease & Desist all of the principals, facilitators, intermediaries or somehow involved in all and any kind of offers, proposals, contracts or in any verbal or written manner issued documents, that have contacted us during all and any former negotiations are hereby effected with this Cease & Desist order. The former business negotiations concerning any offer to partake in any business transaction for “Al Bariah General Trading” LLC, Mr. Patrick Marc Rahmy and Mr. Mohamed El Cheikh in no longer in effect . All the offers, documents, contracts, transaction(s) or anything in written or spoken manner related to and from “Al Bariah General Trading” LLC, Mr. Patrick Marc Rahmy and Mr. Mohamed El Cheikh has presented to us are very suspicious and we must question the reality of them. This is not acceptable for us and we feel they could possibly be illegal. The terms, the practice and the procedures presented in any and all transaction(s) are very questionable of the ability for “Al Bariah General Trading” LLC, Mr. Patrick Marc Rahmy and Mr. Mohamed El Cheikh themself to perform. We pride ourself on good, clean, clear, legal and ethical transactions. All communications with “Al Bariah General Trading” LLC, Mr. Patrick Marc Rahmy and Mr. Mohamed El Cheikh is deleted. All former business or negotiations are herewith deemed, null and void. We are in no way involved neither with the persons nor with the company, nor do we plan to be in the future. Please, see to it that all members that have contacted us receive this notice. Also “Al Bariah General Trading” LLC, Mr. Patrick Marc Rahmy and Mr. Mohamed El Cheikh are in no way anymore connected with us and any of our companies, so if you receive further any kind of informations from them, pointing a relation with our name or companies – please inform us immediately.
