We, Royal Business Group, formally advise the “Royal Coop 95” KFT and Mr. Stojic Dusan, acting as CEO of the mentioned company and all involved, acting somehow or in any kind connected with this company or person, to officially Cease & Desist all of the principals, facilitators,intermediaries or somehow involved in any kind of offers, proposals, contracts or in any verbal or written manner issued documents, that have contacted us during all and any former negotiations are hereby effected with this Cease & Desist order. The former business negotiations concerning any offer to partake in any business transaction for “Royal Coop 95” KFT and Mr. Dusan Stojic in no longer in effect . All the offers, documents, contracts, transaction(s) or anything in written or spoken manner related to and from “Royal Coop 95” KFT and Mr. Dusan Stojic has presented to us are very suspicious and we must question the reality of them. This is not acceptable for us and we feel they could possibly be illegal. The terms, the practice and the procedures presented in any and all transaction(s) are very questionable of the ability for “Royal Coop 95” KFT and Mr. Dusan Stojic himself to perform. We pride ourself on good, clean, clear, legal and ethical transactions. We have formally withdrawn the position as acting mandate for “Royal Coop 95” KFT and Mr.Dusan Stojic as per electronic transmission to Mr. Dusan Stojic on the 14th of September in 2006. All communications with “Royal Coop 95” KFT and Mr. Dusan Stojic is deleted. All former business or negotiations are herewith deemed, null and void. We are in no way involved neither with the person nor with his company, nor do we plan to be in the future. Please, see to it that all members that have contacted me receive this notice. Further the email address stojic@royalbusinessgroup.com was removed, so if you have received mails from this email, please delete them immediately and send us your C&D. Also “Royal Coop 95” KFT and Mr. Dusan Stojic are in no way anymore connected with us and any of our companies, so if you receive further any kind of informations from him, pointing a relation with our good name or companies – please inform us immediately.
