Let there be a contract signed by both sides … 
方先簽署合同
and then Seller to issue a Bank Invitation Letter from their transaction bank in Hong Kong.
然後賣方請銀行發出邀請函在香港的交易銀行進行會面.

On the appointed date, we (Buyer) come into the bank with our bank official and have a face-to-face meeting with the seller team (Seller bank official is the Chairman of that meeting – since the meeting is taking place in Seller’s bank office). At that meeting we not only confirm our capability but we actually conclude the transaction once the Seller's bank official confirms about the product.

於約定日期, 買方與買方的銀行負責人到賣方銀行與賣方團隊進行面對面會談. (賣方銀行負責人將作會談中的主席 --因會談在賣方銀行舉行)
於會談中, 一旦賣方銀行負責人確認該貨, 買方不獨確認買方能力而亦復真正的完成交易.
