After several months of negotiations and acting as a professional facilitator and personal advisor we have successfully organzed and established a Joint Venture Agreement to be sgined on a Table Top Meeting (TTM) 6th to 8th of January, 2006 in Istanbul, TURKEY between the greek company
"Balkan General Engineering " S.A. personally presented by its
General Manager Prof. Dr. Iraklis Mavromatidis from 50100-Kozani, GREECE
and the russian oil-drilling and pipelines-building company
"Tatnefteprovodstroy" O.J.S.C. personally presented by its
Member of the Board of Directors Mr. Andrei Kamashev from 420045-Kazan, TATARSTAN(RF).
Main goals of the Joint Venture:
a) Long Term Cooperation Agreement and
b) the registration of the greek Joint Venture Company composed by BALKAN GENERAL ENGINEERING S. A. & TATNEFTEPROVODSTROY O. J. S. C. that will realize investment projects in Russian Federation.
